During this time, the Architect will regularly visit the site to ensure that the construction is in line with the design and to resolve any issues that may arise. It's crucial to note that unexpected delays can occur during this phase due to unforeseen issues like bad weather or supply chain disruptions.
The final stage is the snagging phase, which involves identifying and fixing any minor defects or issues. This can take anywhere from a few weeks to a couple of months. Once this is complete, the project is handed over to the client.
